Study of Reverse / Sandwich / Double fusing

Reverse Fusing:

This process at first we spread the interlining fabric on the fusing field and interlining fed and interlining resin attrach which situated on the top side. Then we will spread the fabric  and we will do fusing. Generally the area of interlining is less than fabric area. That machine advantages for reverse fusing . But heat will be control ad careful.

Sandwich Fusing:

Generally, this kind of work is done by the continuous fusing machine. Where heat is used both sides. This process fuses two couples of fabric by fusing m/c. If we cannot do control the temperature and pressure for strike back problem two couples of fabric may be attached together.

Double Fusing:

In this process two types of interlining are attached in the fabric at one time. This type of fussing generally use on this stripe color and front side of the coat. Heat will be controlled carefully in this process.
