Continuous fusing press:

Continuous fusing press is made of end less i.e. loops shape feed sheet. The components of garments & interlining are set on one another and sent to fusing chamber by feed sheet. Necessary pressure & temperature is applied in fusing chamber. Direct heating or indirect heating is applied to pass heat into the interlining. The interlining is pressed necessary pressure by two rollers, which are covered by rigid rubber. The pressure is applied by spring or pneumatic energy. The machine has the facility of changing the amount of temperature and pressure as required. The fused components are placed in a plain surface from delivery sheet in order to avoid crease.

High frequency fusing machine:

1. It is different then other machine.
2. Heat is applied like microwave pressure cooker.
3. Fabric and interlining are placed between two metal plates.
4. In this machine, heat is applied in everywhere in the layer of fabric.
5. The layer of fabric may be 7 cm high.
6. The time required for this machine 1-3 minutes.
7. Fusing is done at less heating.
