Describe the marker making// Importance of marker making// Methods of marker making//

Marker:
Marker is the thin paper in which all necessary pattern pieces are drowning, in such a way to minimize the fabric wastage. It gives the special instruction for cutting. It can be done both manually and computer method.

Importance of marker making:
·         In computerized method all information is in the pre fashionable data file and an operator helps the computer to make the best choice.
·         In manual method marker making is done by the efficiency marker maker.
Methods of marker making:
1.      Manual method
2.      Computerized method

Manual method:
In this processes marker making is making both by manually. In this process marker making can be done with full size pattern or minimized pattern. The descriptions are below:

Marker planning with full size pattern:
Comparatively hard pattern pieces placed on marker making paper or directly on fabric. After that, the pattern is marker by turning different direction to obtain a more efficient marker. In this process, it is flexible to make marker if the length is short, because within short length planer can see all pattern and he can control. This process is not efficient for long marker.

Marker with minimized pattern:
The descriptions are as below:
·         By using pantograph full size pattern minimized 1/5 part.
·         The marker is planned with small pattern pieces. According to the miniature patterns is 20 to 50 cm according to 1/5 ratio.
·         After marker making, snaps are taken by the camera.
·         A planimeter is used to measure the marker efficiency.
·         Marker photograph and  miniature patterns are stored.

·         It  also requires high labor cost.
