Introduction: Yarn count is numerical expression of fineness or coarseness and indicates the relationship between length one weight of the yarn .
Result:- Average count of lb/spyndle yarn is 9 and CV %= 1.30
Remarks:- By this experiment we get a cran concept about lb /spyndle count of yarn . It is very important for counting yarn.....
Jute Rope |
yarn count :- can be calculate by 2 system
- Direct system
- Indirect system
object:-
- to know the count of jute yarn
- control the quality of yarn for better production
Working principle:-
we know that in the direct system the following is used for lb/spyndle count
yarn count:-
In this system there are mainly used .They are warp reel contain yarn and handle for notate the electric balance is used for sample weight.
Apparatus:-
- At first we take a bobbin and put on the carrier.
- The Yarn pass through the tensioner the warp reel.
- The take a lea of yarn and measured weight by the .
- The complete calculation the find the count CV% control point.
- Finally draw the graph of control limit and all data of the yarn into the graph.
Calculation: From table Jute count
We know ,jute yarn count =(sample weihgt ÷ weight of unit ) × (lenght unit ×
sample lenght)
So ,
jute yarn count1 = (1.65÷453.46) × (14400÷ 6) = 8.73
jute yarn count2 = (1.61÷453.46) × (14400÷ 6) = 8.52
jute yarn count3 = (1.60÷453.46) × (14400÷ 6) = 8.46
jute yarn count4 = (1.63÷453.46) × (14400÷ 6) = 8.63
jute yarn count5 = (1.64÷453.46) × (14400÷ 6) = 8.68
Average count: =8.60

ReplyDeleteThanks for your sharing. It helps me a lot to learn more about Yarn count test. Hope to know more about it
ReplyDelete-Yarn made from upcycled or recycled fibers cut in to strips- this can include yarn made from newspapers and tissue paper, or it might be long strips of fabric knotted together or spun in to yarn. Kierrosmittari
