Types of fabric package //

1.    Open fabric roll:

·         Usually  fabric is supplied by wrapping over a tube, which is about of 7 to 8 cm dia.

·         The very from width rolls 75cm to 3m.

·         The length of the fabric is usually hundred meters.

·         Both machine & manually spreading type package.

2.    Tubular knitting fabric roll:

·         Tube roll usually have the same width as the garments width such as T-shirt, Polo shirt.

·         Spreading machine is used to spread fabric from this type of role.

TUBULAR FABRIC

3.    Holder fabric roll:

·         In this type of package fabric is wrapped over 1-2cm thick and hard boards.

·         This type of fabric package is generally used by retail seller.

·         The width of the fabric is found 70-80cm.

·         Garment factories do not use this type of package.

4.      Folded fabric cutting:

·         This type of package is used to avoid distortion of fabric.

·         Fabric are folded in full width & in 80-90cm.

·         It is complicated  package for spreading.

5.    Hanging fabric package:

·       Velvet or expensive types of fabrics are would in this package.

·       The type of fabrics are placed frame according from so that the pile is not crushed.
